Sochi Platza索契万豪酒店

简介：该建筑原为苏联老干部黑海疗养院，现在需要按四星级标准改造成酒店。原有房间面积太小，本方案中将旧立面的折线阳台拉平并适当加深。这样就赢得了70厘米左右的房间进深，满足了四星级酒店的面积要求。而通过窗体的改造得到了更整体现代的立面效果，并且加强了保温性能。通过和万豪酒店管理集团的无缝合作，在长达一年的来回磋商中，我们最终完成了从酒店建筑到室内装修的全部方案及施工配合。

Introduction: As the former Black Sea sanatorium for Soviet veterans, this building was now asked to reconstruct into a hotel according to four star standard. Against the small-size original rooms, polyline balconies with old facades were flared out and deepened properly. By doing this, the room depths were added by about 70 cm, which had met the demand of a four-star hotel. The reconstruction of the windows resulted in the facades reflecting the entire modern and promoting the insulation properties. By the close cooperation with Marriott Management Group and the back and forth negotiations lasted for more than one year, we finally finished the overall program and construction adaption from the hotel construction to the interior finish.
